Duties & Responsibilities
Evaluate residents' physical, cognitive, and communication abilities.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific needs and goals.
Provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology services as needed.
Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. Document therapy sessions and resident progress accurately.
Educate residents and families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies.

Experience & Qualifications
*Current Virginia license in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
*Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
*Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
