Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
• Perform assessments and document resident health conditions.
  Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Participate in care planning and resident assessments.

Experience & Qualifications

• *Current LPN license in Virginia.
• *Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• *Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• *Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
