Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate resident care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing services.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident needs and preferences.
• Manage medical needs, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document resident health conditions.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and resident care conferences.

Experience & Qualifications

• *Current RN license in Virginia.
• *Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• *Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• *Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
